Moscow Watchdog Champions
The Moscow Watchdog breed of dog, also known as the Moskovskaya Storodzevay Sobaka, is a giant sized breed of dog that should be slightly longer than it is tall. They have massive proportions and should have a large head and a muscular body that gives the appearance of strength and stamina. They should have a thick muzzle, medium length ears that hang down the side of the head and a long tail.
The coat of the Moscow Watchdog should consist of a double coat with a soft, dense undercoat and a medium length and thick topcoat. There should be a plume on the tail and feathering on the chest and back of the hindlegs. The only color that is accepted for the breed is white with red on the back, part of the tail, head and part of the legs. They should also have a black mask on the face.
(Moskovskaya Storodzevay Sobaka) The Moscow Watchdog resembles a St. Bernard, from which it is descended. It is a massive breed - massive head, powerful body and legs, with a thick coat. The coat is always red and white, with a black mask across the face. The plumed tail is long enough to reach the floor. Unlike most large breeds, the Moscow Watchdog doesn't drool.
