Dog
The Miniboz breed of dog is a "designer" or mixed breed that was created by crossing the Miniature Schnauzer with the Boston Terrier. Because of this, a breed type has not been established and the looks and temperament of the dog can greatly change from one puppy to the next. Generally, the Miniboz will have qualities of both parents. They are a small sized breed of dog with a small, compact body that is usually slightly longer than it is tall. They can have the rectangular shaped head of the Miniature Schnauzer or they can have the rounded head of the Boston Terrier. Usually, their muzzles are short but longer than the Boston Terrier. The ears are usually small and folded forward and the tail is usually short.
The coat of the Miniboz can range from the short, smooth coat of the Boston Terrier to the wiry coat of the Miniature Schnauzer but they are usually a medium length, wiry coat that gives them a scruffy appearance. The color can be any that are commonly seen in the parent breeds but the most common tend to be brindle or black with small white markings.

The standards for all the breeds accepted to the AKC are used here for breed information, and those not part of the AKC are resourced from FCI standard information, where it is written and coded into the club rules for those breeds.
