Dog
The Miniature Goldendoodle breed of dog is a hybrid or designer dog that was created by crossing the Golden Retriever with a Miniature or Toy Poodle. They can range in size from small to medium and they are usually slightly longer than they are tall. They should be well-built without being overweight and should have the appearance of a robust dog.
The coat of the Miniature Goldendoodle can range but it is usually about 2 or 3 inches in length with wavy to tightly curled hair. Hair on the tail, legs, body, and ears are usually longer and slightly feathered, while the hair on the head and muzzle is shorter. The Goldendoodle can be found in a range of colors that are common for both breed parents including the yellow of the Golden Retriever, which ranges from creme to rich golden, black, white, apricoat, gray, copper and red. White markings are occasionally seen.
