Dog
The Lhasanese breed of dog is a small breed that was developed by crossing the Lhasa Apso with the Pekingese. They are usually slightly longer than they are tall with a robust build that is well-balanced. The muzzle is very short and the head is round. The ears are long and hang on the side of the head and the tail is usually long.
The coat of the Lhasanese is long and silky to the touch. Feathering can usually be seen on the ears, tail, chest and legs and the hair on the head is often shorter, although there is still an evident topknot. The Lhasanese can be found in all colors, although cream is the most common color.
