Breed Description: 

The Goberian breed of dog is a medium to large sized breed of dog that is substantial and muscular. They are usually very thick in appearance with strong bones and a long tail. Commonly, they have the long muzzle and pointed ears of the Siberian Husky, although at times they can have the shorter, heavier muzzle and pendulous ears of the Golden Retriever.

The coat of the Goberian usually consists of a double coat with a dense undercoat and a medium lengthed undercoat.  They usually resemble White Shephereds in color and coat type but they can also be golden in color or any of the markings that are commonly found in the Siberian Husky includingblack and white, brown and white, silver, gray and white, red and white or red orange with black tips.

Temperament: 
The Goberian breed of dog is a truly wonderful mixed breed that has the gentle nature of the Golden Retriever and the drive of the Siberian Husky. They are very good with children and tend to have a happy nature that is friendly with everyone. They do enjoy being outside and being active but they also enjoy spending time with their family. The Goberian does have some of the roaming nature of the Siberian Husky so care should be taken in keeping them safe and secure.
Height: 
The average height of a Goberian is between 21 to 24 inches for males and 20 to 22 inches for females.
Weight: 
The average weight of a Goberian is between 45 to 90 pounds for males and 35 to 80 pounds for females, although many average out at 90 pounds.
Health Problems: 
The Goberian breed of dog has no known health problems, however, the breed can be prone to obesity so it is very important that they receive proper exercise and a healthy diet. For more information on health problems for the breed, you should research both the Golden Retriever and the Siberian Husky.
Living Conditions: 
The Goberian breed of dog is not recommended for apartments. They can be very active and they do prefer to be outside. They do need a secure fenced yard since the breed will roam if they are given the opportunity to.
Exercise: 
The Goberian breed of dog is an active breed and does require about 60 minutes of exercise per day. Both of the parent breeds are active dogs and are always happiest when they have something to do. If they don't receive the proper amount of exercise, the Goberian can become destructive and they will find their own way to get out and get exercise.
Life Expectancy: 
10 to 15 years
Grooming: 
The Goberian breed of dog requires a fair amount of grooming and you should expect to brush your dog two or three times per week to prevent matting and to remove any dead hair. They should have the hair between their toes trimmed to prevent matting on the feet and the nails should be kept short.
Origin: 
The Goberian breed of dog is a designer `hybrid`breed that has become popular over the last decade or so, although it is one of the more uncommon hybrids. There is no actual origin for the breed and if you are interested in learning more about the Goberian, it is important to read up on both the Golden Retriever and the Siberian Husky.
