As humans, we understand what children need and change their food habits according to their ever evolving requirements. However, when it comes to dogs, most, if not all dog owners are clueless about what to feed their pets. Many end up giving their dogs any dry dog foods that are available in the market without realizing different breeds have different requirements. For instance, a breed like a Doberman needs more protein, and therefore, the dry dog foods you choose should have high level of proteins in it.

When deciding upon the best dry dog foods, I personally recommend a brand that does not use fillers or synthetic products. Check the ingredients before you buy the dry dog food and make sure it has substantial meat quantities instead of ‘fillers’ like corn, soy, wheat and artificial preservatives.
