Dog
The Bich-poo breed of dog is a "designer" or mixed breed that was created by crossing the Bichon Frise with the Poodle. Because of this, a breed type has not been established and the looks and temperament of the dog can greatly change from one puppy to the next. Generally, the Bich-poo will have qualities of both parents. It can range in size depending on the size of the Poodle used for crossing but in general, the breed is a small breed that is compact and sturdily built. They are usually longer than they are tall and they have small ears that hang down the side of their head. They generally have the looks of a Poodle but the substance of the Bichon Frise.
The coat of the Bich-poo can vary but the desired coat should be medium to long and it should have a slight wave to loose curls. There should never be tight curls in the coat and it should have a wool-like texture to it. The colors of the coat can be any but the most common are silver, cream and white.
